Troubleshooting & Errors
This usually means the printer lost its Wi-Fi connection. Try restarting your router and printer. Also check Windows Settings > Printers > Ensure "Use Printer Offline" is NOT checked.
Turn off the printer. Gently pull the jammed paper in the direction it normally feeds. Do not pull backwards. Ensure no torn pieces are left inside.
Run a "Printhead Cleaning" cycle from your printer's utility menu. This usually resolves dried ink blocking the nozzles.
Ink & Toner
Open the front access door while the printer is on. Wait for the carriage to center. Unclip the old cartridge and push the new one in until it clicks.
OEM cartridges are made by the printer manufacturer. Compatible cartridges are third-party alternatives that offer the same page yield for a much lower price.
Take the cartridge out and ensure you have removed the plastic protective tape over the copper contacts. Wipe the contacts with a dry cloth and reinsert.
